Lee's Hoagie House

Almost always made to perfection. Ingredients are good and bread is awesome. Staff is friendly and so is the manager.

Love their food, best place to go for a great Philly cheese steak. Plus they're fries are really good too.

I have always been very on the fence about Lee’s Hoagie House. Most of the food items are very good, and prepared well, but the internal issues are sometimes hard to overlook.

There are several things that could be improved upon that could easily make this a 5 star location.

1. There needs to be an improvement to the online ordering system. While it is useable, it is often very difficult to navigate, and the options for certain items are badly organized.

2. It is not uncommon for there to be mistakes in the order, typically one per order I’ve gotten. For me, it has not been anything I would complain about, but for others this could be a huge issue. The fact that this consistently happens is why I mention it, it has not been a one time thing.

While the prices are a bit higher than their competitors, the variety and diversity of options can often make it a better option when ordering for a group.

Overall, this location has needed some improvements for a while. but with these improvements, the quality of the entire restaurant would vastly improve.

I have to say. I was truly impressed. I love cheese steaks, but normally disappointed. Not this time. It was made to perfection, with minimum wait. I definitely will be a repeat customer.

Visited for the first time with my wife. Great place to eat. Food was really good. Staff was amazing in helping make suggestions on what they like and what's the best things to eat, on top of being very friendly. Will definitely be visiting again.
