    Panera is usually my go to when traveling. Was a bit dissatisfied with this Panera. Ordered on kiosk to go and the sandwich wasn't correct. Taste of sandwich was off. Flavor or lack of flavor in the food was apparent. Hopefully will improve.

    Overall pretty good restaurant. Food was tasty. Very busy and food runners seemed disorganized.

    It was lunch time and busy, I get that. But when the cashier seems to want you out of her face so she can help the next person in line, isn't very inviting. I felt like turning around and walking out the door. It doesn't take that much to smile and be friendly. Then we went and waited for our food. In a timely manner they called our name and in one swift movement put our food on the counter then turned around and walked away. This time not only did she not smile, BUT SHE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO EYE CONTACT WHAT SO EVER. To me that isn't good customer service at all. I don't know is if I would want to go back. Not good for business. Acknowledgement, a smile, eye contact, and being friendly goes a long way. What do they say " you get more bees with honey".

    The service was spectacular. They were very warm and friendly as soon as we walked in, and the food was exceptional. Great place!
