Austin did a great job. Very attentive and everything came out right and quickly. Nice end to a long day of driving through bad storms.
It wasn't bad. My chicken breast was nice and juicy and the food was fine. Probably wouldn't go back but it's just not my type of food. It's fine if you like basic American food(which I do sometimes) but yeah the food was just ok. The service was very good and our waitress kept our drinks filled and visited the table many times to check on us. Overall it was an ok experience.
A nice O'Charley's. My husband and I are semi regular visitors (we always somehow end up there on Free Pie Wednesday...). This is one of the better chains for steak, and they do a really nice job of rotating their menu and I've never had something I didn't like. The servers and managers are all very attentive, and they have good heads on their shoulders.
The service was excellent and the food was also excellent. My steak was done to perfection and the baked potato was very tasty. My wife loved her entire meal as well. The server was polite and efficient as well as friendly. We will go back.
Revised my review: this restaurant used to be great. However the last 4 visits have made me decide not to go back. Little service, and maybe they are just short staffed all the time, but it feels like they are struggling.
Frequently out of the items and cuts of steak I like to order, but they don't ever know until well after you order. So if you call in advance, ask at the door, and then order it, it might be that no one knows until after you've waited for your food for 20 minutes. This happens so frequently that even my backup plan needs a backup plan.
The last time I was there, my burger (the second entree choice, since they were out of the first one) arrived pretty cold, and when they offered to remedy that, they really overcooked it so much I couldn't eat it. No one really likes a hockey puck hard burger, do they?
Anyway, I feel like I sound like one of those "let me speak with your manager" women, but I assure you, being in customer service, I'm try to be very forgiving. I realize things happen, which is why I kept coming here after so many poor experiences.
Which is why I'm still giving this place 3 stars when it probably needs 1. I hate to screw them over entirely. The management probably has their hands full.
