Helen's Hot Chicken Rock Hill

Just happen to be riding past here and decided to stop...... so glad I did. I got the Seafood platter with catfish, fried okra, fried shrimp and fried lobster tail with an order of fried chicken gizzards. Absolutely bussing!!!! And reasonably priced. I definitely will be back and I highly recommend them. They've been open about a month and they're based out of Nashville and have another location in Atlanta as well. Check them out y'all. You wont be disappointed!!!

Chicken tenders and fries were good. Waffle was delicious. Hot is seriously hot. However, I'm not sure it was worth the over 50 minute wait it took to get the to-go order. Especially since the didn't seem incredibly busy. (Seats were open in the dining room and seats were open in the front waiting area.) Staff was nice, but kitchen efficiency needs to get worked out. We will try again.

I’m trying to understand that this is a new restaurant and that new employees don’t know much.
Apparently they do not give any sauce on the side and they don’t have lettuce and tomato no matter what their menu says. But I will go again. Just lowering my expectations to I can’t have it my way.
It was good food, not outstanding but good.
Another thing that was odd and it would be helpful for you to know. I ordered on the kiosk for dine in. It ask if I wanted to tip and gave some percentages like a lot of other machines. The odd thing is who and why?? The dining room is completely self service.

This place was absolutely amazing! We went this past Sunday afternoon and they were BUSY. The staff was friendly and efficient, especially the woman working at the register who was directing customers as they came in. However, the whole staff was working incredibly hard to make sure orders went out quickly and correctly. We had the chicken and waffles which were delicious. Could not recommend more!
