    The menu is full of great, healthy options for those who eat meat as well as those who are vegetarian. There's a good variety of foods and smoothies, and the place is really clean. Emily, the store manager, was very friendly and welcoming. I've been looking for a place like this in Rock Hill, and I'm definitely making this one of my regular places to eat.

    I stumbled across this place and am truly happy I did. They have amazing smoothies and excellent sandwiches. Their menu is full of healthy choices and packed with flavor. I have been here several times and have been more impressed with their service and menu items each time.

    Went for the first time today and ordered the acai bowl and butternut squash soup. The customer service was exceptional. I loved everything about this place and plus it is affordable. I cannot wait to go back.

    Now open! My husband and I went here for lunch today. The food was delicious and very fresh! I’m so excited that there is a healthy alternative to fast food in rock hill. We will definitely be coming back. There’s a variety of wraps, sandwiches, smoothies, and bowls.
