Mi Pueblo Mexican restaurant

Great atmosphere good portion size. Plethora of items on the menu to choose from. Each Mexican restaurant has their own and unique salsa Mi Pueblo salsa is very flavorful and and it leaves you wanting more. The dishes we ordered we thought we're under seasoned and could use a little help in the flavoring department but overall very nice restaurant to stop in for lunch or dinner.

Ribeye steak and steamed veggies were spectacular! She loved the shrimp, beef and chicken chimichanga. Good prompt service. Large menu so you'll find something for everybody. Good drink selection as well. Very fair prices. Heck ya Id go back! 38 bucks with tip for two people.

Food was decent, service was kind of slow despite the place being almost empty. Had their special of the day Camarones Fundido, shrimp with melted cheese. Cooked in herbs with onions, mushrooms, and melted cheese on top, came on a bed of rice.

This place is up on a hill, next to a Black Cat fireworks outlet. Don’t let that throw you! It’s the real deal for Mexican food. My wife (and most of her family) worked for an authentic Mexican restaurant for years, so she is a true critic. She gave the food 👍👍.
It was a Tuesday night about an hour before closing. The place had about 12 customers, so they were not slammed. Service was quick and friendly. Food was up quickly and it was HOT!
Chile Rellenos were stuffed with cheese and very tasty. Shredded beef burrito was tender and flavorful and ground beef enchilada was vey juicy. All in all a great meal, great service, at a reasonable price.

One comment for the staff…while it’s nice that you keep the place clean, mopping the floors with pine cleaner while patrons are enjoying the smells and flavors of your food…well.. no es bueno!

For visitors… when we visited… I-90 West Exit 263 was closed for construction. We had to drive past, to the next exit, and circle back to use Eastbound Exit 263. IT WAS WELL WORTH THE DETOUR TO ENJOY THIS FOOD.

We've been coming to Chamberlain for a few years now for annual meetings, and last year we discovered this gem of a place. We were THRILLED to see them still open. Service is fantastic, prices are actually too low (I work in food service industry), food is outstanding, and the place is clean. Last night we were there and they got SLAMMED. We were understanding about the extra time it took to get our ticket to pay. The food didn't take as long as we expected, especially considering how slammed they were. Great seeing the same faces working - thinking it's a family business.
We will eat here EVERY TIME we come to Chamberlain area.

I ordered the Colorado Beef - and they graciously substituted lettuce for the rice and beans. See pictured.
