Perfect place to stop for lunch before hitting the hot springs. We got the grilled cheese & tomato soup and the burger and both were delicious! You can tell the chef puts his heart into his food because the flavors were so soulful. One of the best grilled cheeses I’ve ever had! Didn’t try the ice cream since it was a chilly day but it looked great too! Awesome local spot and the employees were all very kind. Highly recommend!
Don’t miss the BLT with Parmesan crusted sourdough. The bottomless basket of fries. The chili cheese fries. Holy cow. Thank you, Jeff! Everything was phenomenal.
We just got in for our honeymoon, and had our just married shirts on! The staff was so nice and friendly and gave us tips on where to visit, plus threw some sprinkles on my shake! Oh and of course the icecream was amazing! Thank you for making our first honeymoon stop one for the books!
Great stop on a hot day. Super friendly staff. Oh yeah, they have tasty ice cream and gelato (probably sorbet too, but did not try that). It was nice to see the bowl was biodegradable and the wooden spoon. Got mint chip which was very refreshing and pistachio gelato along with sugar and cinnamon. All were great.
This place is a super unique little gem. I tried with my family to come in one evening for dinner but got there after the kitchen closed. We decided to give it another try and it was worth it. The owner was obviously passionate about local food and we really enjoyed learning about how the business operates. I had the grilled cheese which was absolutely delicious! My husband had the bison burger which was the best tasting one he’s had in SD (he’s on a mission to try as many as he can! Ha!). The ice cream definitely tasted home made. It was delicious! Ethical locally sourced food is rare to find while eating out, this place is fabulous!
