“Amazing quality restaurant in rural South Dakota. The walleye chowder is a great opener along with the Alabama white sauce on the chicken wings. The steak sandwich is fantastic with the balsamic onions and smoked Gouda cheese.”

“Solid three! Frirndly, clean, well maintained. Very large truck lot. Little restaurant inside. Clean restrooms. Just dusty when dry......but this is SD, not big city. For a private truck stop of this caliber it's probably the best I've stayed at.....and I've been to a few.”

“Really great. I loved the place. the person who attended us on the second floor was super friendly despite our laughter, since as Mexicans you know that we laugh at everything and talk a lot when we meet. As for the food, they honestly did not disappoint me, since I have visited other restaurants here in the United States and in all of them whenever I have ordered a T-bond, rib-eye, NY the steaks leave a lot to be desired, but this time I went from that place very satisfied by the flavor and texture of the steaks. Thank you”

“Well you should know by Now that your New parking size width is much to Narrow compared to Walmarts. LOOKS LIKE YOU ONLY WANT COMPACT AUTOS. I Don't like door dings on my automobiles, I'd be surprised if anyone would like Door Dings. IF WE USE YOUR MALL WE'RE INCLINED TO US 2 SPACES, BY PARKING OVER THE MIDDLE OF A LINE.”

“Stopped in for lunch! Food was awesome. The hubby loved the garlic parmasan wings. I had a burger but can't remember which one. Idon't eat bread so i took the bun off. The thousand island dressing was really good. I am guessing they make it. Service was great.”

“I go here every chance I get! They sell out sometimes, so you gotta get there sooner than later, but that’s how you know they are the best! Their meatloaf day is my favorite! It’s like a homemade meal from your grandma, everyday!”

“This is probably one of the most scenic and beautiful restaurants I’ve seen it a long time I have to tell you the tomato bisque soup is really hard to get past it taste so good that I could eat it forever but I’m gonna have to come back and try some other items I had the chop salad along side it was delicious and in terms of price he really can’t beat this for what you get but give yourself some time this is the kinda restaurant you’ll want to give yourself at least an hour to an hour and a half to enjoy it as each other is prepared carefully, our server Kyla was incredibly fun!! We loved her sincerity and she made the experience personal and warm!”

“Food is delicious but when someone moves to the complete opposite end of the restaurant to avoid being stared at by old people, DONT PUT ANOTHER OLD COUPLE RIGHT ACROSS FROM HIM. I can't sit and enjoy a meal with every person over the age of 60s shooting daggers into me from every angle.”

“What a great place in town. Coffee is really good but the breakfast is amazing. The bagel sandwich was great and the cinnamon rolls are all home made. Staff is friendly and kind.”

“We are only in Pierre for a few days and one of the reasons I'm sad I'll be leaving soon is this place. Probably one of the most delicious plates of Mexican food that I've had. The chips were good, salsa was good, the Pollo Fundido was amazing, and my husband loves his dinner as well. Simply delicious all the way around, and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!!”

“If you get a smoothie, make sure the girl spins the blender some extra. I had chunks of ice in mine a couple times. A little pricey if you're poor, like me. But great product! Worth it. And the staff is friendly and kind.”

“This place is great, if you happen to stop in at the right time during the week it's like walking in on the set of a family friendly sitcom, super fun. Great food, hot coffee, friendly service. My favorite place to get bait and propane.”

“I like strong, strong coffee. I can get a 4 its still not strong enough. I'm convinced I'm charged for the extra shots, but they are not received. I am used to a big city with an abundance of artisan, cuban, any region, pick your bean and they'll roast them up and put your name on it ....the options are endless. I didnt realize how much I missed it until that rant. Sorry! But I guess I should say thank you for pushing me to learn how to make espresso and how your life can be changed by a milk frother. I'm my own barista now and it's lovely”

“Context is everything! For Pierre, SD, my expectations for a Chinese restaurant are not high but this place definitely exceeded them. Good food, buffet was small but had a decent selection and the price was fair. Will definitely eat here again when I’m town.”

“Place was nice. Staff was friendly, our waiter kept getting distracted by talking to their cousin. Food was good, outside was a little sketchy looking. 2 pool tables and what looked like a stage and dance floor. Kid friendly and food wait time was low.”

“Food was good and the steak was cooked perfectly. Food came out quick and the staff was friendly. Fresh break with each meal. I also got the bourbon shrimp which was really good.”

“We loved it. We used Google maps to find it, and parking was easy. Once inside you enter into the bar area and immediately can see through to the busy kitchen. The smell of fresh baked bread and pizza overwhelm the senses. The ambiance is welcoming and warm. We noticed the sign that said "seat yourself," and found a nice corner table in this packed restaurant at lunch time. Our server was very professional and courteous went through the various specials with us and was attentive to our needs. When our food arrived we enjoyed it very much. They had an unusual soup this day that I'd never tried before and I thought it was delicious, "chicken pot pie soup" I had a hamburger and their truffle fries my wife had a turkey sandwich both of us were satisfied the meal came to 30-35 dollars very reasonable.”
