El Tapatio Mexican Restaurant

As someone that prefers to order online, I was disappointed in the carry out ordering process. Had two a la carte orders mistaken for combos despite me not stating the word "combo" nor stating the numbers for said combos. (This is why I prefer online ordering.) (-1 star)

I was given an estimate of 10-15 minutes. It turned out to be 35. I understand trying to promise the short time frame to keep the sale, but please don't keep me in the dark. I had to ask about my order before additional action was taken. (-1 star)

Finally, I got back to the hotel (we drove all the way from Nashville today) to find out one of the kids meals was missing. (-1 star)

Elapsed time between ordering and having everyone's food was 45 minutes.

The food was good and turned out the combos that we didn't order satisfied our appetites. (+1 star)

Advice: Atmosphere is good, but the carry out ordering and pickup experience needs to improve.

It was good but personally I think they need to add real beef to there enchiladas and not ground hamburger plus more sauce on top it stead of very little to almost none. Also they forgot my coleslaw for the order which I was looking forward to but then they also forgot to give silverware and napkins till we asked and the fayhetas where really dried out meat . Not impressed for a first time coming there.

I really wish that we El Tapatio closer to my town! But I can't wait to come back! The menu looked so amazing I can't wait to try all the delicious entrees!
