    Carnaval is an absolute must-stop dining experience. My family and I have enjoyed meals there for almost a decade, and everything is always top notch. Outstanding cuts of beef, pork, and chicken cooked to absolute perfection. Fresh produce in every slot of the salad bar. Friendly people who are proud of what they do and the quality of food they serve. Don't hesitate: it's worth every penny.

    Superb service.

    Great facilities.

    We rented a pontoon, and the unit was great. The 150 hp Suzuki pushed us around the lake with ease.

    The owners, Daniel and Danielle, and their crew were a real treat.

    We will include this place in all future journeys to the region.

    The food was great. It worth the money you spend there. The people are friendly and our witness came back many times to see if we needed anything and how we were doing.

    We’ve been to Carnaval several times and they definitely do not disappoint. The food is always fresh and delicious! The salad bar has some unique options and could easily fill you up if you’re not going for the meat selection (which is amazing!!). We had some drinks while waiting for our table and they also have a great drink selection.
