    The best ethopian food I have had in a long time. Visiting from Michigan and happened to be staying nearby. Lovely to feel a part of the community here and an absolute gem of a family restaurant. Highly recommended! Vegetarian sample platter was excellent, so flavorful as well as the guava juice, also portions were perfect.

    Berbere wasnt as spicy as i am use to, but neither has any of the others in sioux falls. The food was still delicious. I think this place is probably the best in town.

    Got a veggie exclusive platter and I love their potatoes!! Would recommend to anyone who wants to try something new!

    Best restaurant ever! This restaurant never disappoints, I’ve recommended it to all my friends and family. Great food, customer service, and atmosphere.

    My first experience with Ethiopian food was at Hagere, and it was incredible. I have since then taken friends and family to enjoy it. The staff are friendly, and the restaurant is very clean. All of the food is delicious. Sioux Falls is fortunate to have great Ethiopian restaurants like Hagere!
