    After placing my order, I was given look warm food; after being told that my food was being made fresh.

    This is the worst Hardee's in Sioux Falls!! Their employees have the worst customer service and are very rude you customer's, they will call you names and purposely mess up your order every time. I would suggest picking one of the other locations in Sioux Falls they have great customer service and always get your order correct.
