Lao Szechuan Hot Pot Buffet, all you can eat sushi

Awesome service. Explained menus and options making ordering and our dinning experience top notch. When it came time to pay the bill. It was under what we had expected ((compared to other restaurants of similar style))

Stopped here for dinner for one. I wasn't expecting much, thought it would be a typical Chinese American restaurant. Boy, was I wrong.

Upon arriving I was asked either hotpot or regular menu. I opted for the regular menu. I had the fish and sour cabbage soup, Stir-Fried green beans w/ chili peppers and Chicken in chili oil as an appetizer.

The portions were huge and the taste is authentic. The flavors took me straight to Sichuan, China. I had to take home most of the green beans. Definitely bring friends and go for the regular menu for authentic Sichuan cuisine.

Definitely a unique experience and something no where else around here has. The hot pot is a do it yourself cooking style. You choose your ingredients and then cook them in the broth. We did half spicy and half regular. There is a sauce buffet to add more flavor to your meal. Limited "normal" meat options for our preference.

I love this place. My favorite dish is the pork with tofu paper wraps, simply delightful! They have a great selection from more American style to authentic dishes.

The store itself is quite simple and I think that really adds to the charm. It truly feels like a hidden restaurant. It may be quaint in its presentation, but they make amazing food and that’s truly what any quality restaurant is going to do best.
