    Throughly enjoy the rest time of our life.

    Great classy atmosphere , gave it 4 because we had to wait a long time to get our drinks and also our waitress disappeared when we were trying to get our check and we waited for over 10 minutes and it was not super busy.

    Paramount is branded as a cocktail bar however in my experience, they do not carefully craft cocktails but rather take the easy route by giving you a run-of-the-mill bar experience. Ordered a Tom Collins only to get a gin and Sprite with grenadine and a cherry. What I expected was a traditional drink with simple syrup, club soda and lemon juice. When asked to remake, I overheard the bartenders complain that it’s “easier to make with Sprite”. While it may be easier, that’s a drink one could get anywhere; at a cocktail bar one would expect an elevated experience and quality.
