Best Starbucks ever! I don’t care what other people say about wait times here, because even when this Starbucks is busy the baristas are always in a bright mood to combat all the negative Nancy’s! I went through the drive through just recently and had the best experience with a bright and cheerful young lady. She immediately introduced herself (pretty sure her name was Kathryn because my cousin spells it the same way and I made a comment about it)...and she was very helpful, even though Starbucks was out of my favorite syrup! She recommended me a new drink that I had never tried and I absolutely loved it (if anyone has never tried a strawberry refresher, then you should!) Although I didn’t get my hazelnut latte this young barista constantly apologized and tried her very best to make things better (which I appreciate!) Definitely will be back! Thanks again Starbucks!

Great service first time trying a Nitro Cold Brew wonderful

I forgot my wallet in a loaner vehicle and I ordered without knowing that. I apologized and told the girl at the window that I did not have my wallet with me. I had my card information on my phone, as well as a picture of my ID. She without even hesitating told me it’s on the house, and to next time try the Starbucks app! I just downloaded it! Amazing customer service!!! 💯% recommend!
