Taco John's

The order was not completed as directed. It was brought to the attention of an "employee" who stated that they would fix the problem. We waited for a long time, and when the staff was notified, the employee stated that she "forgot". This is not the first time the order was messed up. While I understand that orders can be messed up, my expectation is that a prompt correction will be made before it is "forgotten."

We had the Deluxe Grease Tacos tonight. By the time I get my.order home the Grease was dripping from the bag. Please learn how to make Tacos without the grease.

How do you not have hot sauce???. You sell taco's and burrito's right? Only super hot and mild. Bean burritos were good, oles were hot and crispy. Bring back the og hot sauce in cups.

Very confused about the poor reviews. I was about to quit going to Taco John’s after I wasn’t able to get a lot of healthy options, and then the boss burrito came out. What a great option! This location is the only one I go to at this point. They have never messed up any of my orders, which happen to be very complex, they always make the food taste excellent, and they are super fast. The one in Canton always messes up my orders, is very slow and in is need of a desperate remodel. I even emailed corporate and never got a response. Not a fan of the company itself after this incident, however this location rocks!
