We stayed in Brookings South Dakota for the night, but having spent most of our lives living on the Mexican border in California and Texas we are always on the lookout for good Mexican food. My husband saw Rinconsito on line so we decided to head here for lunch before going to Pipestone National Park. So glad we did. The service was fantastic. The owner was so sweet. My husband, son, and I all ordered different things and all loved them, and she surprised us with a complimentary plate of bunuelos with chocolate drizzle and homemade whipped cream that were to die for after learning we were from out of state. My only regret is that I was too shy to practice my fading spanish with her. I think ahe would have been kind with my fumbling!

Absolutely delicious! Homemade tortillas! An inviting, cozy and friendly restaurant! The salsas were amazing. The salsa Verde was the best I have ever had. The refried beans were perfect. Everything we ate was absolutely amazing. We will be back! Thank you!
