I regret not asking the manager or owners name. I am a driver and they had just enough room for all 14 wheels for one truck. Getting out was not fun but it worked.
The man dismissed the waiter after I asked for spicy food. He somehow magically appeared and said, "Sir you want American hot or (fist made and arm flex like strong man) real hot??"
I said real hot.
It hit the spot. It took me right back to Bangladesh when Ma would cook with the spiciest peppers around.
Thank you Himalayan Kitchen, and thank you to the man that shook my hand after making my food personally himself.
The payesh was the best I've had in America, and that's including all the temples I visit.
Your restaurant was a true blessing to a hungry driver.

Very good food. Very nice service provided. Good atmosphere. I like the way they serve the meals at the table and you just take as much as you like. Our host was also our waiter, and he did an excellent job!

One of the best restaurants to taste Indian food. Both Veg and Non-veg food tastes really good. The Tandoori pepper chicken stands out of all other dishes.

Clean, bright, and elevated ambiance. Service friendly and gracious. Food was very good -- no complaints, whatsoever. There were even a few unique touches that set it apart from establishments offering similar fare.
