Creekside Country Resort

Great lil place next to a small creek. Has a fenced play area for kids with putt putt golf, zip line, and some other stuff also an ice cream shope there. Cabins are stocked with everything you need and has small in window ac and electric fireplace. Full kitchen and lovely loft for the kids. Close to town. Great place.

WiFi is VERY limited (non-existent in the cabins) and there are no landlines in the cabins. You have to be near the main office/play area to get service. I'm not sure what we would have done in case of an emergency... Other than that, beautiful, clean cozy cabins in a great location!

Stayed here 4 nights with my 2 daughters (8&12 yo) and grandparents. Our cabin was nearly perfect for us! First pro, is cleanliness. Considering the location you might expect to find your cabin with lots of little bugs...but our cabin was pretty immaculate upon arrival . 2nd pro, all of the kitchen utensils! Cabinets were stocked with a full set of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, strainer, coffee pot, filters, etc. This meant we could go to the local store and cook dinner each night in our cabin! 3rd pro, kids adventure park and icecream! Any downtime (the little bit we had) the kids spent at the adventure park and getting ice cream 🍦 which was right on site! The girls loved the idea of sleeping up in the loft but it ended up getting a little too hot up there for their comfort, so they used the pull out bed from the couch which was totally fine for them. The 2 bedrooms were nice and I took the one with the attached bathroom 😊 There was also a 2nd bathroom.
The only suggestion I would make, would be to possibly update the window units as they did create a mild musty odor and my little one was a bit sensitive to it. But We were able to open the windows and let in that beautiful breeze!! Overall our stay was amazing, thank you for your great hospitality!

The cabin was small and cozy. The staff were fantastic to work with a d responsive to any questions that we had. There was an old school style soft serve/food place on-site that reminded me of my childhood. The place is great to say the least. Also, it is very centrally located to just about all of the top attractions in the area. Overall, I highly recommend it. We had a fantastic stay and would stay again in a heartbeat.

We loved the accommodations, the staff, and the Dairy Twist. I loved our cabin. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Fully furnished for everything you need while you are staying there. Thank you Karen and your family for making our stay so amazing.
