Hong's Asian Bistro

The serving staff here were all extraordinarily friendly and attentive. Lemon and honey were brought along with an order of hot tea, which was unexpected and a very nice addition. The Signature Ramen was delicious; the beef well seasoned and the egg cooked to a nice consistency, not overdone. Would definitely return here if ever in town.

Our first time here and the food was really good. Our waitress, Sierra, was very kind. Our food took a little bit to get out cause it was a little busy and she was very apologetic and kept us updated. Definitely will be back to try the ramen!

First lunch visit was great, food delicious, reasonably priced menu (several lunch items $10), service by Matt was awesome. Very tasty spring rolls (forgot to take picture of spring roll before I almost devoured). I ordered General Tso's Chicken. Highly recommend!

The service was phenomenal.

The food was fantastic.
It arrived at the table quickly with very little wait. We had just finished the appetizer. Calamari with a sweet chili sauce.

We got the happy family and the triple crown .
I was very impressed that everything arrived HOT. Like straight from the grill. I especially love it when half way through dinner the shrimp are still hot, plump, juicy. Perfectly cooked, not over done rubber.

Deshawn(I hope I spelled that right) was our server. He was kind, respectful, I watched the way he took care of everyone including the other staff. It was hard to image he is just wait staff. He has a way about him that impressed the hell out of me.

We highly recommend this place.

This was my first time visiting this establishment, and it was a very enjoyable meal. The food was very good, the service was quick, and the staff were friendly.
One downside (in my opinion) is that they serve Pepsi products instead of Coke products, but that seems to be fairly common in Asian restaurants.
