But on this day it was exceptionally warm and I asked machine was out and every time my mother said something about it she got the slip from the employees like " what are you telling me for". She was telling you because it was your responsibility to figure it out. But alas we drink drinks with no ice and enjoyed our meal. No thanks to the lack of customer service at Panera that day.
