We've been to many different places in many different states, but this place stood out in every way possible. It was quiet, cool, clean, and extremely friendly and professional. The bathrooms were nice and the food made us say "WOW" out loud, even though we ordered our usual dishes! It's a bit of a drive for us but I'm already looking forward to coming back!”

There has been an argument between employees and or employees and customers everytime I have eaten here. Last time I was here there was an off duty employee talking with the cashier for literally 10 minutes. I finally got tired or waiting to place my order and interrupted their conversation so 8 could order. Again great food but poor customer service.”

“Great hotel! Clean, comfortable and excellent staff. Not much in way of breakfast but I'm not picking a hotel based on that. Prices were very reasonable, and located about an hour south of Nashville and about 30 minutes from the Jack Daniel's distillery in Lynchburg. Bonus is a pretty good steakhouse next door with a bar and pet friendly rooms available (yes, love dogs). I would definately stay here again when traveling through Tennessee. They deserve your business too.”

“I do enjoy the food here and I stop by pretty regular but they do tend to make mistakes on your order with some regularity so it is nesscary to check your order very well every time especially if you are leaving with it rather that eating it there. That’s the only reason they got 4 stars instead of 5 . Sorry guys if the orders are checked before giving them to the customer then the 4 stars wouldn’t be needed as well as me checking my order every time . If that can change I will change the rating for you too . It’s pretty simple you check it and I won’t have too . Thanks for the food and service being great otherwise .”

“Love my local Taco Bell I go here so often it isn’t even funny . Never had any problems . Good value for the money . No complaints and employees are always friendly and accommodating. They may even like their jobs so that makes Taco Bell even more desirable with so many places being unkind to their employees these people at least seem to be in a good mood so this is just speculation but that could indicate they treat their people fairly . If that is the case I’m always going to support businesses that are good to their customers and staff . At least at this particular location they appear to be treating people right ! So I salute their efforts to be a positive force in our local community. Thank God there are still businesses that make the effort so they should get some acknowledgement for that .”
