Texas Roadhouse

The Roadhouse is a Maryville/Alcoa favorite. Opening at 11, there were people waiting including a large group of city workers. It is almost always full for lunch and usually there is a wait list at night. The plentiful staff is very friendly and attentive to their customers. Our server, Megan, brought us extra rolls and butter. The shrimp on the appetizer menu was more than generous. My crispy chicken salad was enough for me to take part of it home for dinner. Megan came by several times to ask if we needed something. I asked for a to-go box, and she asked about a tea for me to take along also. All in all a great experience.

Went to this restaurant yesterday, August 21st. Was quickly seated. Our server was Bobby. Steak, Salmon and a grilled Pork Chop were our orders. Food was excellent. And Bobby was the best server I've encountered in a long time. Will most definitely go back!

My family and I came to your restaurant to celebrate my son's 30th birthday. We were a party of 12 on a busy Sunday afternoon. Ethan our server did a fantastic job! He had a great personality, very attentive, and quick. Also, our food was great and all 12 orders were correct. I wanted to thank him for the excellent service! It's very difficult to wait on such a large table, and he was great! Thank you Ethan for everything!

Just delicious every time. Steak melts in your mouth and perfectly cooked. Salad is super fresh and large sides. Great staff full of friendly!!

We are weekly visitors at the Texas Roadhouse. The food has always been cooked to perfection, steaks, great quality, and good selection of sides. We often do curbside which we find very convenient. In the past, we’ve been told they couldn’t take a credit card or gift card when I placed my order. No problem, we were prepared to pay cash. However, tonight, I placed my order and when my husband went to pick it up, their system would not take gift cards. Fortunately he had cash, but I feel it should be made known at time of order! If I’d picked it up, I’d had to wash dishes to get it. ????
