    Fast service. Each of the kids got a free cookie which made them very happy. We were kind of upset that they dont serve milkshakes anymore but it's not that big of a deal. They cashier working 11:30am today was so friendly

    Really good hot chicken & fries! But advise eating at restaurant - food doesn't travel well. Good salads, especially like the onion crispers in them. The new Cajun Club sandwich is excellent! For appetizers, the spicy fried mushrooms (only dipping sauce is slightly spicy) & onion rings are excellent!

    Zaxby's is my goto for a tasty chicken salad. I love their onion rings and fried mushrooms too. My only gripe is I wish they'd use less salt when cooking their chicken, but that's just my personal taste.

    Went through drive through. Place order with clear communication. Third in line, wait time was appropriate. Ordered Cobb Salad and tea. Great salad with condiments as ordered. Excellent experience today.
