Great breakfast, okay burgers. Don't get the 2/3 pound unless you have a big mouth (it's SO tall) and are *really* hungry!
I recently went to the Maryville store just off of East Lamar Alexander as of yesterday, ordered the new garlic bread thick burger meals with garlic fries. I also ordered an extra Patty making mine a double, but never received the extra Patty I ordered, and the cheese on the fries was hardly melted, and the fries were cold. Figuring as long as we had to wait they'd at least get our order right and it would be fresh and hot. I would have called and complained, but we don't have good cell service where we live, thus my going online. This is not the first time they've messed up my order, I let the others go, but I'm over it. I will be checking more often and complaining in person for now on when and if my order is messed up. I expect to get what I pay for. I do feel they owe me, but as a past manager of a fast food restaurant I know how they work, and know what to expect from the employees. I know some would and will laugh, make comments, and probably brush this review off. They should arrive for better if you ask me.
Only 2 workers on duty, fryers broken... general manager had quit so workers having to figure out how to make a truck order for supplies. Owners had better get it together, the Alcoa store running the same way. ..and I know friends who won't go there anymore.
Love to get biscuits and gravy at Hardees on occasion. This morning however, the girl at the counter was having a birthday. Happy birthday! I hadn't been in for a while and the menu had changed with a breakfast platter added. Apparently I used the word platter to mean a biscuit combo with extra sausage patties. After seeing the price was not as it should have been for what I wanted, The counter girl got visibly aggravated with me when she had to adjust the pricing, ordered for me, and forgot my extra patties. When the order was delivered for me, it was sans patties. Fortunately, the manager saw my frustration, quickly responded with the patties free, and solved the problem. Yahoo! The biscuits, gravy and extra sausage patties were absolutely delicious and very satisfying. Love Hardee's biscuits and gravy!
