People smoke everywhere with no consideration for others. The fans help air flow but aren't the solution. Please do what other establishments do, indoors or out, designate a smoking area.”

“Great little hole in the wall. The ribs are the best in East Tennessee. I loved the sauce. Am excellent Memphis style sauce. The fried pickles were great with a good solid home made ranch. The banana pudding is so light and fluffy with awesome flavor. You won't get better around. I'd highly recommend this place. A must try for those in the area”

She was having a video chat that featured foul language loud enough my son could hear it. My wife told another employee about it but I do not know what changes occurred. The food was good and I will be back. I just hope this was a one time occurrence.”

“I usually have a good experience here, but tonight wasn't that good. They didn't keep the buffet filled so I didn't even get to have the meat I wanted. Then my boyfriend saw a bug on the floor so he went and told a worker. She just looked at him and didn't say anything. Shortly after, a worker came out with a broom and dust pan but she took so long coming out, the bug already got under a trashcan. She said "oh well" kind of jokingly. I definitely wasn't happy today. I'm only giving it 3 stars because my other experiences were good. If this was my first time there, I would have given 1 or 2 stars.”

“Of the fast food places it's one of the better ones, the food is cooked to order so it's always fresh and they're fast about it. Very rarely do you have to wait long in line Occasionally you might catch lunch from one of the nearby plants, and it slows them down a little. They have good burgers and very good shakes.”

“Came just after the lunch rush. Customer service was very friendly, timely and efficient. There were three adults and one toddler in our party. My son had the chicken nuggets and French fries and ate every last bite (he’s a picky eater). Some of the rolls we had were the California roll, Crunchy Roll, the Boston Roll, Sunshine Roll, the Vol Roll, the Philly Roll, etc. All of them were sooo good!!! You could tell the fish was fresh and kept at a perfect temp (nice and cold) and the cucumber and other vegetables used in the rolls were crisp and tasty. The restaurant itself was decorated nicely, the music was not too loud, and the bathrooms were nice as well. And for the parents out there it did have a changing table in it. Literally nothing negative to be said about our experience there today. We will be back again!!! Thank you!”

“I honestly don't know why this Shoney's isn't busier. I've never had a cold meal there or bad service. Yesterday we ordered burgers from the summer menu and they were so good! Also, I was craving some hot crispy fries and that's exactly what I got. On top of all that we had a super friendly and attentive waiter. He was great! The owner is always around helping his staff and speaking to you and checking on people and cashing people out. The staff is extremely friendly and very prompt on any demand. Very cozy feel to the restaurant although the tables and seats are pretty hard. Portion size is always huge and always needing a to-go box and the value and pricing is awesome! Love it here.”
