East Cuisine Cafe

We had East Cuisine about a week ago and it was absolutely perfect. I’m so glad that they added this Asian restaurant to Townsend. The staff was very friendly and attentive, especially nice to our children who we are always nervous to take out. We will definitely be back!
A Highlight is that they brought a whole gallon of Yum Yum sauce to our table. We had eight people, so it was perfect to pass around and add to our meals!
Also, their sushi was very fresh and delicious!
Finally a good sushi place close by, we are local from Wears Valley.

11/10 Sushi! Stopped in and ordered take out and brought it back to my cabin! Would absolutely go again if in the area! Very fresh, friendly service, Vietnamese noodles were delicious too!

Very good! Got the steak and shrimp hibachi, shrimp had a very good taste, steak was very tender. Also got a couple of sushi rolls, very fresh. Husband got teriyaki chicken, chicken was cooked perfect. I will definitely be back! Nice to have a different food option close to home.

Excellent! The sushi is just as great as the big sushi spots in Knoxville! We also got steak hibachi, and my steak was so perfectly done. I almost wanted to eat it by itself! It was better than the last few steak restaurants I’ve been to! The Vietnamese spring rolls are my new favorite thing in town. I could eat a few orders of those all by myself! Our service was wonderful and the staff is so incredibly friendly. Our little little town is so lucky to have this place. East cuisine is my new favorite spot in Townsend!

Stopped in for lunch today for the grand opening. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They had some first day kinks to work out but were doing good. I decided to try a few things to see how this place is and get a lay of the land. I got an order of Vietnamese egg rolls that were outstanding! Chicken in a fried paper thin wrapper with a seriously good sauce. I got chicken and shrimp Hibachi that was very good. White meat chicken and tender shrimp with onions and zucchini. Very good sauce and cooked perfectly. The rice and yum yum sauce was a really good combination. For sushi we got a California roll that was visually stunning and as fresh as it gets. The sticky rice was top notch in the sushi. Our meal also came with a huge salad. I found the prices a little high but after eating it realized it's fresh and high quality food. That I never mind paying for. We needed this place in Townsend. We have lousey food choices and this place is a welcome addition. I found the place very clean with friendly staff and high quality food. I reccomend a visit and let's support good food choices in Townsend. Welcome and thanks for a great meal.
