Big Tom’s Backyard Grill & Bar

First visit to this place. Sat and waited for 15 mins as our server was talking to another table. Right across from us. Had to say something to hostess. After hostess said something to her, still waited. Finally came and took our order. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Should consider other people’s time and offer better service. But the food was excellent. The owner came to speak to us afterwards and was very apologetic , and took care of the situation. We will try this place again.

Food was excellent, but wait was alittle longer than expected. May have been short staffed on this particular day. Excellent besides that small issue.

Stop in have a drink a bit to eat get to know the place you will like it. And will return problem with more people. There doing a great job running there family owned Bussiness. Made In America Make everyone happy. If any ideas take it to them any problems they will do there best to fix anything.Related to us they have a great place to go. Family owned Bussiness. Hard workers I have to say owners are good people and trying to fix it.

We stopped in for the happy hour special, the cheesesticks were good and the marinara was awesome, also had the onion rings and ranch to dip which was good as well, very good ranch. The service was very polite and fast, thanks Daniel, and we even were greeted by the mother of the wife of big Tom and the wife of Big Tom as well, very sweet people. I had the Philly and she had the BLT, sandwiches were good. The mac and cheese must have been having a bad day as it was not, but the server took it off the bill no problem so five stars for this place from me, nice drinks specials during happy hour as well. Will visit again!

Ate there for first time 2 days ago. Service was amazing and attentive. Portions are great and atmosphere is inviting and friendly. Varied selection of menu items means food for any palette. Would highly recommend
