Japanese Hibachi Express

Came here for dinner while in town for business, the experience was interesting. First, the place is obviously relatively new and well kept. Very clean on the inside. There's some real confusion in terms of seating yourself and getting waited on, took around 10 minutes to have someone stop by. I got the chicken and shrimp hibachi, which overall was good, but the broccoli tasted like it was cooked separate and not on the hibachi with the other food. I've tried a handful of these places and it's been hit or miss, would probably skip this one if I were back in town.

Moved our daughter into an apartment near Lee. Helped her get settled over the weekend. On the way back to Charlotte, she took hear for lunch. There was my wife, mother in law, daughter and myself. We all had a great meal. Both in quantity and quality. We will be returning when visit our daughter in the near future. They are less than a 5 minute drive from her apartment.

Omg best place ever!! Love hibachi for such a great price. The new building is really nice too. Super clean, friendly staff and best food. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for some good hibachi at a decent price

Really good. They also nailed the chicken curry. I'm floored for this town's good eats. Surprisingly I would go again and recommend. The table service was great. It appeared clean inside. The people at the register were quick. Overall it was filling and good. We will be back when we visit this town again.

This is the best “fast” hibachi restaurant I’ve ever had! I moved to Knoxville and they don’t have anything remotely comparable. I have tried just about every Hibachi restaurant in Knox hoping I could find one that is as good as Hibachi Express but unfortunately I haven’t. I really wish they would build one in the Knoxville area!
