Marco's Pizza

Not sure if I am spelling his name right, but Earsch has been with Marco's for 8 years. Just moved to the area, and I wish I had 100 guys I worked with like him. He thanked me for my patronage. Very courteous. Timely delivery. Started walking to his vehicle and he was all "Don't worry I'll bring it to you" though I continued forward. Only after did I realize my drink had been forgotten, but it was such a pleasant encounter that I was just gonna let it go. Kid you not.... he called me after realizing and told me they would take the drink charge off my card. Top notch guy. Top quality on the wings. You have my business from here on out.

I tried to order a pizza yesterday and was informed I could not and was hang up on. I called back to speak to manager and was informed Gm wrote a note. I called back the next day to speak to Gm and I was Ignored. That is not good customer service. I normally like this place but not sure what type of management Is going on there.

I did go to the website and give more details. The dm called me and was very nice and invited me to try them again. When I called they answered the phone and everyone was very polite. I did my order for pick up and it was hot and very good. This is the pizza I know and love. Customer service goes a long way and today I received it. I will continue to give my business to marcos pizza. Thank you for restoring my faith back.

Excellent food! It is definitely my favorite place to go to for veggie pizza, with the feta cheese on it, I never thought about putting feta cheese on pizza and it is amazing. Great wings and cinnamon sticks, friendly staff, wait time isn't too bad, I really like getting my pizza from here.

Excellent pizza. Friendly staff and great value. The Greek salad is amazing! The cheese bread is the best I've had.

Great family side salad! Pizza average. After asking several questions ab amounts of food for 3 people then ordered brownies for 3 people expecting 3 individual servings however, was sold 3 trays which far exceeded my need. Food and money wasted. Informed the staff person and he seem to find humor in my mistake and had a "too bad" kind of attitude. I was very disappointed in lack of good customer service.
