Panera Bread

Food was good but the cleanliness was awful. Behind the counter you could see trash on the floor, garbage cans were overflowing l, prep counters were filthy, none of the tables in the dining area were cleaned off and one if the garbage bins was overflowing. Ice machine in dining area was broken and had paper towels out because they had no napkins. I've never seen a panera in such bad shape.

I had stopped going to Panera for a while because they changed their menu. Recently, while out shopping with my daughter & granddaughter we decided to stop in Panera and my daughter asked about some of our old favorites. The very kind person helping us said yes they still had all of those ingredients and even though they weren't on the menu they would still make us our favorite sandwiches. So that's what we got; Sierra turkey sandwiches and broccoli cheddar soup, which we all enjoyed very, very much.

I ordered my sandwich with no onions, and they did put onions on it, so minus one star for that. No matter, I pulled them off and no worries. The entire restaurant was very clean. The bathrooms were clean. I love the option to sit outside on the covered patio. The staff are courteous and helpful. This is always a great place to eat!
