    Environment and decor were very comfortable and cozy. Dinner was wonderful. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly, chicken and waffles was amazing, the bananas foster was such a good final taste to end with. Our server, Debra, was very attentive. The chef took time to talk to us a couple times. One of the young cooks was killing it all night. It was fun to watch. We aren’t local, but will definitely go again if we’re back in the area.

    Chef Wesley has done a great job sourcing all of his ingredients from local farmers! The trout is local as well. He also sources fresh seafood, including live lobsters ? broken down into lobsters rolls depending on time of year Everything is made from scratch. I hope others can notice and enjoy the time and effort going every dish!

    True is the best dine in restaurant in the city of Cleveland Tennessee, and it isn’t even close! Chef Wesley is a culinary genius. Don’t sleep on this joint.
