Food was good. Service was good. Fast and friendly.

The Best Fazoli's I've ever been to!! Staff were super friendly and very on point!!! I live way closer to the Knoxville location but the service here was awesome!!!!

Went for lunch today and it was extremely busy. Front was very chaotic, manager up front seemed like she didn't care or like she didn't know what she was doing, thank God there was another manager in the kitchen who was doing absolutely everything. Food was amazing regardless. Good job to the young red headed girl manager!

Best quick serve Italiano dishes heaven made. Fresh and awesome. But DO NOT BREAK THE SPAGHETTI NOODLES. I HATE MY NOODLES BROKEN! IT IS NOT THE ITALIAN WAY TO SERVE.
Twirl the spaghetti around your fork on a spoon. The full rich flavor of the pasta is only good when it's twirled. Like the full body of wine on the palette. The biting into twirled spaghetti is a fullness flavor you can't get when you break or cut up the spaghetti. It's just not right..
So I avoid the Fazolis that kill the flavor by breaking it up like serving children who eat with a spoon.
Twirl that spaghetti!!

Plates were dirty. Asked for clean ones. Waitress was huffy. She gave us paper plates. Spoke with manager, Savannah. Real nice lady who apologized and said she would correct the problem. Gave 4 stars only because food was good and the manager was sweet.
