Friendliest cashiers, great service, food was astounding. If you love Taters, then this is your place!

If you love baked potatoes, you'll love this place. I had bacon cheddar ranch and oh me I'm stuffed. I'd recommend Prater's Taters to anybody.

What can i say that you don't already know about the "Tater"? A comfort food of grand scale & Prater's Tater's has got the science of combining & toppings down to a fine art!
If you love your taters like i do order the BIG TATER. I kid you not. Those guys look like small islands. But what islands...full of Broccoli &Cheese add bacon or go for Chili n Cheese or whatever your heart desires.
Great service. Great atmosphere and a Mr. Potatohead on every table.
You can also get kiddie size taters for the smaller appetite, but WHY when you can get the BIG TATER & take home the equivalent of another tater???

This local restaurant in a small town would be 5 stars in any town. Travelling to this area for nearly a month, I went to every eatery and this was my favorite. Fast, friendly service, great tasting food and good portions.
Try the Ruben, the strawberry salad, or turkey jack(im trying to remember the names but might not have them right - it was all good and I tried something different every time).
