Burger King

Dominique and his staff were on point , I have never seen a fast food restaurant call out"wash hands" and immediately the entire staff stopped what they were doing and washed their hands I asked Dominique about this he said his staff does it on the hour every hour to promote a clean healthy food practice, I also watched him perforne his job managing his staff and serving customers while I waited for my food and he was on top of it as he was providing excellent customer service and driving and noticing his team with a positive attitude you can really tell he and his crew really care about what they are doing and customer service and food safety practices and health are all big issues they obviously take great pride in

The employees were great and the food was good. However, I went to get ketchup, the kind you put in a small paper cup and there were ants crawling all over the Ketchup container. We asked the lady behind the counter for packets of ketchup and she said there is some in the ketchup machine. We said there were bugs all over it and she saw..."awwww"... like she knew. She did go over there and clean up the area. What should have been done is take the Ketchup container to the back and wash it and and disinfect that area. Come on BK, Ants are not cool!!

I like this particular Burger King because I don't have to wait long to get my order. Usually I am getting food for the family so there are several different items that I order. At most locations that means a rather lengthy wait, but not at this one. The food is always still fresh and tasty by the time I get it home.

Best manager really impressed me. The manager was right in there right and they're working with his crew and talking with them letting them know in a quiet voice what needed to be done next. The food was great, tasty and hit the spot! Great afternoon crew!

Clean place and fast inside service. Person that waited on me was polite & and professional. I felt like they appreciated my business.
