Ordered a salad, and it was loaded with everything I wanted: mushrooms, jalapenos, tomatoes, chili peppers, carrots, and iceberg lettuce. It was two or three times larger than a Subway salad for much less: $4.99 plus tax ($0.49). Awesome salad. Very filling.

Edit: I did come back for a second visit, however I didn't get anything to eat this time. I went to go back into the same parking spot as last time and one of the potholes ripped my mud flap off. I still think the food here is excellent, but unfortunately I can't see myself coming back while the parking lot is in this shape. I love a good meal but it's not worth risking my equipment :(

Came in for dinner on a Tuesday night, barely anyone in there unfortunately. Was quickly greeted by the server and (I think) the owner. Lunch/Dinner menu is actually somewhat small, which is good in my book as usually places with small menus have better food, in my experience. And that was no different here.

My burger reminded me of something I would make on the grill in my backyard, decently thick with those nice little crispy edges that come from a very hot grill and it was piled high with all the toppings I asked for.

The fries were the type where the edges and skins were caramelized and the fries themselves were cooked a bit darker than most places. They're the kind of fries that you can only really find at a really good County Fair, I would come back just for those alone, haha.

The only thing I didn't like about Big Stacks is the truck parking lot. It's pretty rough (which isn't unusual for places like this) but when it rains the mud is outright dangerous. I almost didn't go in, but I was also starving, so I'm happy I did, haha. If I didn't have to leave so early in the A.M., I would have loved to try their breakfast too.

It could be better I get the steak and some days it's good. The first time was great second time was bland and 3rd time was worse. I wish they would marinate it or season it more. The fries could also use some seasoning. I'm glad they changed the cheese on the salad it's much better but the ranch is kinda watery could be thicker. The waitress need work the older ones are much nicer and provide better service. The younger girls are not attentive they come maybe twice. The rest of the time they are either on the phone or out smoking. The dress code could also be more family friendly. Came in one day and I thought the girl was wearing underwear the shorts was so short and it was 25 outside. Improvements need to be made but food is a little better then what you would find at huddle house.
