KAKI JAPANESE CUISINE

Stopped by after we smelled the wonderful flavors coming out of the truck, I had the Kaki sushi roll and my wife had the chicken teriyaki both were generous portions a little too generous for my wife’s order. This was our first time but it won’t be the last, staff was very friendly and answered all my questions, found a new favorite place to eat!

I had the Hibachi Calamari and spicy salmon roll. Both exceeded my expectations. The Calamari had perfect texture and the portions were an excellent amount. The rice for the sushi was excellent, and the quality of the salmon was best in town. The sushi rolls are an incredible value. Only Publix has cheaper sushi on Wednesday and the rice for that sushi doesn't hold up as well.

This place was so AMAZING that I had to go two days in a row!!! Hibachi is my favorite thing in the world, so I am a harsh critic. I got the pick 2 with the chicken and steak and everything I ate was delicious. It hit the spot! I do recommend calling in your order to minimize your wait time at the truck, but my food was cooked to order and WELL worth the wait. I will definitely be back!

Very good quantity and quality of food. I'd recommend calling in your order otherwise you will have to wait about 15 minutes for your order to be made. The food is well worth the price and I hope that things go well enough for the owner to consider having a permanent B&M location with indoor seating.

The workers are super friendly and the food has good flavor. My husband and I both had the hibachi and felt the vegetables and meat were too salty. I loved the shrimp and rice. We will definitely go back.
