Very busy restaurant with daily and seasonal meal offerings. The staff and managers are very understanding and efficient. After your meal enjoy a bit of shopping regular price items and clearance items! Or sit out front in the rockers and play some checkers
This place is basically just a high end fast food chain. The food is average at best but it's exactly the same no matter which one you go to. I give it a 3 Star because the wait staff are almost always exceptional and I can say the Cookville location did not waiver from that tradition.
Always so nice here. Fantastic food at reasonable prices. Friendly servers. Extremely clean. Interesting decor and great gift shop. You can't go wrong here!
It's really hard to have a bad meal at a Cracker Barrel. The best part of this place is it's the same in Pigeon Forge, Chicago, St. Louis or Dodge City. I had an old timers breakfast which has everything I like on a plate. This location was clean & very well run. The manager went to every table to see if everything was good. I love the old fashioned pop & candy in the store too.
My family has been going to this location for years. We've had good experiences every time, but Jeff always makes it even better. Jeff is the best server I've ever had, not just at this cracker barrel or another but every single restaurant I've ever been to. He is attentive and friendly. He always has a creative way to ask if we want dessert, too, which I think is fantastic. Jeff goes above and beyond every single time we're there. Even when we're not one of his tables, Jeff, makes a special stop to say hello and he's glad to see us. Honestly that makes you feel special to be remembered by someone who sees hundreds of faces a day. He should be the person Cracker Barrel restaurants hold their service to.
