Jersey Mike's Subs

Food was hot and had pretty good flavor. Lettuce was a bit rough looking. But overall was good. A bit high for a sub but it was a decent size .

Update: I called the store manager Shawn/Shaun and he was polite and informed me that the chips and Drink are being refunded. That goes a long way in restoring confidence. Its really that simple, just do right by me and I'll keep patronizing. First time I've ever had a problem at the shop, mistakes happen. Also Bobby the owner called me and I had a pleasant conversation with him. That ladies and gentlemen is how you turn an initial 1 star review back to a 5 star!

Kaitlyn/Caitlyn was the rudest employee I've ever dealt with. They forgot my chips and stubborn soda in the bag. I called up there looking to have the missing items refunded and she told me I had to drive back up to the store that is a 20 mile round-trip and she'd give me the chips and drink. Whoa, I'm not leaving my home wasting my gas because she don't know how to do her job properly. Then she hung on me saying she didn't like my "tone". I kept it respectful even after she deserved an earful. As of now, I won't be returning unless this gets resolved and that's a shame because I love Jersey Mikes typically.

First thing, the guy behind the register was by far the most friendly person.. I just moved here from CT and this had to be one of my first stops..I'm usually at JMs 3-4 times a week and not all of them are up to par.. this one, however, was up there with the best.. food was great, no issues with my food (which is usually a big problem everywhere), and the atmosphere was just.. fun.. workers seemed like they enjoyed what they were doing. . If ur in a bad mood and hungry.. go there .. it's impossible to leave unhappy or hungry. Will definitely be back!.. sorry didn't take a pic Till the end.. I was too busy stuffing my face.. but I caught the last bite rather than just showing u crumbs

Came in just after the lunch rush. I was served right away with a smile. Fast service but most importantly it was right! Got back to work and everything was hot and fresh as it possibly could be.Great job! Absolutely delicious!! Thank you guys and gals. Keep it up!

Today is the 3rd time I've ordered food from here. I order on the app because I use the coupon codes I got in the mail. Today, I ordered before they opened & was done in town so decided to go inside to wait. The guy making the sandwiches was great. He chatted with all the customers, & made this cold sub look so good, I wanted 1. (And I don't care for cold subs.) My #66 portobello steak sandwich was delicious & the reason I keep coming back. The sandwich is good, but the customer service today was the reason I decided to post a review. Happy employees make happy customers especially when they deal with the public. Good job, Jersey Mikes.
