Went here tonight for the first time... My husband had meatloaf, green beans, fried okra w/biscuit he said all was really good. Green beans have bacon and onions in them which he loved. I had mashed potatoes (real not instant so big plus for me), pinto beans ( the bacon in them give them a really good homestyle flavor) mac n cheese (was not very good I only took a bite out of it not sure what flavor/brand of cheese they use but was not a fan. The cornbread is extremely sweet and made it hard to eat and I usually like a sweet cornbread but I couldn't even eat this one. The food was out to the table amazingly fast and all the staff are really friendly. We will definitely go back to try some different foods and post as we do. It is a little pricey for the portions but close to some other places that are here. All in all you should give them a try the fact that they don't close at 2 or 3pm is a definite win as we don't have many choices around this town other than fast food when its time to get off work and eat in the evening.

The food is absolutely divine!!!! The dining room has a really great country feel in the design. The servers are great. Had the chicken and dumplings last visit and it may be the best I've ever had! Hats off to the cooks!
