Cold Stone Creamery

I came here on June 22nd, 2019 as a birthday treat. I had a horrible experience and shared said experience here on Google, the owner of this Cold Stone contacted me and offered to make it right. Which she did; I was able to go back to the store get my icecream fixed, had such a better experience, (ask for Ally when you go she's super nice and knows what she's doing) the ice cream was beyond perfect, everyone working that day knew what they where doing and where just absolutely amazing. The owner went out of their way to insure that I would be satisfied which I greatly appreciate. The owner also double checked after I left the store that this time around I got the cold stone experience I should've gotten the first time around. I'd like to thank not only the owner but also the staff that helped fix my issue and for being so understanding and kind about the whole situation. Go check this store out and try the cookie dough icecream it's awesome!

Great service and helpful staff at Cold Stone. We love their ice cream and we stop in for a special treat whenever we are close by. You can choose one of their many creations or add your own mix ins for something a little different. The Oreo cream ice cream is definitely worth trying and one of my favorites here!

Really friendly staff, who were happy to assist my friends and I, with polite and fast service. Amazing cookies and puffs. The ice cream flavors are really creative and very tasty. I will definitely be back when I get the chance.

Great ice cream but very small area to eat it inside. During warm weather you can sit outside but tables are typically not that clean. Staff are usually friendly. Line ups waiting to get served ice cream are normal.
