    I’m a consistent customer at Firehouse Subs in Brentwood and the customer service has honestly been subpar for the most part, food is always amazing though. However, today a worker I haven’t seen before named Lolita provided superb customer service, not only with me, but the rest of the customers in the store. She set a great example for how other employees should treat paying customers! Hopefully a manager sees this review and let’s her know that it’s appreciated and she’s doing a great job.

    It was a wonderful experience!! The cool springs location was on point. The two young men working the night shift were delightful. I would definitely go back!????????????☺

    The food is very good and the place is very clean and plenty of light. Friendly and fast service. I really enjoyed my soup and sandwich.
