(July 2, 2019, 7:42 pm)I’m a consistent customer at Firehouse Subs in Brentwood and the customer service has honestly been subpar for the most part, food is always amazing though. However, today a worker I haven’t seen before named Lolita provided superb customer service, not only with me, but the rest of the customers in the store. She set a great example for how other employees should treat paying customers! Hopefully a manager sees this review and let’s her know that it’s appreciated and she’s doing a great job.
