Amazing staff, they are friendly and provide quality food. Raise the Roost has better biscuits than KFC and Popeyes. Don't let the fact that it is in a gas station deter you from trying them out, they will compete with the biggest names in the industry. If you do try Raise the Roost, I recommend this location.
