Awash Ethiopian Restaurant

Went here for the first time yesterday and I will be back. The best Ethiopian food I’ve had. Everything was fresh and perfectly spiced. I love that the owner serves you whatever she made that day. I think we had at least 7 different things on our veggie plate. The owner even brought us coffee after our meal, which was also very good. Seems like other Ethiopians eat here too, so you know it’s legit.

Most wonderful experience I've ever had at a restaurant in Tennessee. I can't recommend this place enough.

No menu, they just asked if we ate meat and then brought us a huge plate of food on the great Ethiopian bread. It was so good! Not a fancy place but the food is worth going here for!

Really good food, choice of meat or veggie, then you wait for your food. Not too expensive, and our favorite Ethiopian so far in Nashville. No beer, just pop cans. A little small for the whole family.

Oh my goodness! I love Ethiopian food. Literally my favorite international cuisine. This is the best Ethiopian restaurant I've EVER been to ( and I've been to quite a few). Very authentic experience. Great service and better food! The parking situation is slightly complicated and it is definitely a hole in the wall. But you won't be disappointed! A must try!
