Back Yard Burgers

Meh. The quality of the food has gone down. Good customer service still. They got rid of the sweet potatoes and waffle fries.

Not my favorite burger or dog. I ordered the ushroom swiss burger and the meat patty was very tough to chew. The bun and cheese were cold. Plus the chili sauce on the hot dog was dry. We also wanted a milkshake but they said someone unplugged the machine so the ice cream had melted. Definitely not going there again. On the positive side, the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly.

Me and my wife went here and had a fantastic meal! We're truck drivers and I love taking her to places she's never been before, and to be honest I hadn't been here in nearly 8 years! My experience then and now hasn't changed! The food was delicious and fresh! The only thing I could think of that could be better is the customer service. If the service tightened up then this place would be Perfect!

We are from Tx, driving through to VA. We are staying at a hotel close by Back Yard burgers. I have to say, the burgers were awesome and the staff was excellent. My husband wanted one thing and at the last minute changed his mind. The young lady assisting us was so sweet and professional. I will definitely eat here again!!!!
