Birria Babe

We were the lady customers of the night and received service like we were the first. We were greeted with smiles and explanations of the menu's items and apologies for being out of the Goat Birria option.
You walk up to a good truck right before close, you know it's a chance they're out of something, so it was really nice how kind they were about it.
The tacos themselves were absolutely amazing. Perfectly seasoned and juicy chicken. The taco was so good I really didn't even need to dip it. But when I did the broth did not disappoint at all.
The Ramen... ummm.... look its so good and such a different experience that you've really just got to do yourself a favor and try it.

Nadine is AMAZING and everything I’ve ever had from her truck is legit. I work right around the corner from where she’s usually parked (outside the Jackelope Ranch) so I’ve had lots of opportunity to try her fare. The consomé, which is utilized in most of the offerings, is so rich and delicious. I recommend the crispy tacos and the ramen!

Nadine is an amazing addition with her food cart to the Nashville Scene, Not only does she go above & beyond with Customer Service, but Her Tacos are OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!! Only she could have me try the goat and enjoy it!! Completely Yumtastic and can't wait to have more & more!!!

Having just moved from Phoenix we have a bit of a taco obsession and these are some amazing tacos. From the tortillas, the filling (we had both the chicken and the beef), to the salsas (so amazing), and it even comes with cucumbers and radish on the side all were delicious. The ladies were so nice making the experience amazing all the way from ordering to eating. Highly recommend finding where they are popping up next and giving them a try!
