    Quesabirria with consomme was the best I've had in Nashville. Also, tried a pambazo for the first time. So good! I already loved tortas, but the pambazo takes it to the next level with it being a torta drenched in guajilo sauce. Also, tried a sincronizada for the first time. I'm hooked on their consomme.
