Love the food and the owners,brother z is very good to people have seen him feed homeless and give them a tab,and tell them to come and pay him something in it before they spend there money on their drugs or whatever that you have to eat .use to let them get a. Hamburger when they were hungry

Wings ...Wangs are huge. A lot of people order from this place as take-out but believe me when I say you're doing yourself a disservice. Eating food when it's fresh makes you appreciate it more. Me and my mom have been coming to Brother Z for years. Nice, humble man who throws DOWN in that little East Nashville kitchen. HONEY GOLD is my favorite. Cajun Fries are always a must buy. I tried the gizzards twice. Once they were made by this lady (instead of Bro. Z) and were fried a little harder than I like. But the other batch was FIRE. Really tender. Don't sleep on this place.

service is great, I had not noticed the "closing time" but he still took my order and two other orders after me.
The lemon pepper dry rub was perfect, and the wings were fried to perfection! The medium sauce was delicious as well!
I can't wait to go back. I am so picky about wings, but this place is def worth it! And for wings to still be just as delicious when you get home to eat them, that just means they are great to start with!

(the location/ outside might scare some people away... but keep in mind that he is very clean and the food is delicious, if people complain about pricing... they don't know quality, I found the price to be fair for a family owned location).

I had the wet wings- hot. Perfectly cooked and sauced. French fries were awesome. Owner is super friendly and fun to talk to. There's no dine in option so I'd would call an order in ahead of time if you can. I will definitely be coming back.
