    I LOVE this Manager. She runs a tight ship! All Captain D's are NOT the same. She is the reason this one is better than the rest. Reward her for a job well done.

    Orders are always checked if you go inside to get your to go meal. The food is always good and the lobster rolls are really great. They need to keep them at all times.

    It's always a good visit when my food comes out hot. And I don't have to pull forward and wait for it. They do a good job here. The customer service is just average.

    The workers are always friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food is great at this location.
    I made the mistake of going to the one on Jefferson Street, and was treated poorly.

    You better believe I turned that car around and headed back to Madison where they know how to treat people!
