Cascades American Cafe

The breakfast buffet was great everything was fresh and warm. The price was great compared to the rest of the locations in the hotel. I spent 59.00 for the buffet and drinks for the family. The day before we spent 45.00 at Starbucks for cereal, a small reheated sandwich, two fruit cups, and drinks.

The location near all the water is spectacular. Even though every table was full the line moved smoothly and the water sounds drowned out all the other conversations.

Ordered the burger. It did not taste like an $18 burger, but did taste good. The sweet potato fries I got were actually tots. Minute detail but may matter to some.

The bisque was good and the crackers they put on top were a nice touch. Rudy is an incredible server! Couldn't ask for a more knowledge or attentive waiter!

5 star service! Thank you Lisa (the server) & Rita (one of the managers) for allowing us to have breakfast after the normal time.

Fascinating venue. Looks like it's outdoors in the courtyard of the surrounding hotel, but when you look up, you see that it is roofed over with translucent glass. This helps the air conditioning to work better.

We had a reservation, and we were seated promptly. Service was excellent.

I had seafood salad and smoked salmon, both very tasty. My wife and her brother had duck. They both enjoyed it. His wife had grilled salmon which she enjoyed.

I recommend this place.
